We called numerous times and reported each occurrence to ATT. Nothing's has been been done to resolve the problem. Even their own fraud Dept. The reason for this note is to say thank you to your Employee... Samantha for her help today to finally bring the nightmare to an end with Att. The only way to stop this nightmare is to close all accounts with AT&T and say good riddens.
